HELP!!! WE HAVE THESE STEAM RADIATORS IN THE GARAGE and they are modular meaning you pipe 3 together well?
seam where the 2 radators meet …i can’t afford to replace them or a plumber i scapeed the seam out and wire brushed it i’m gonna wire wheel it tomarrow and let all the moisture drain what kind patch epoxy or any thing can you recommmend
Hey, a steam radiator sections are a machined & pressure fit.
If you still use steam as a heat source, do not try to repair.
Some steam systems get down graded to a hot water heat, a repair on your radiator can be safe, I’d use a high heat based silicon. None of this would even be considered, to be code by a plumber, travel at your own risk
